Sambhavnaye aisi ho ki desh badal jaye,
Parivartan ka har ek chaad kai naye rang laye,
Umeed ka suraj jalakar rakhna mere vatan ke logo,
Sayad yahi vakt koi naya eithihaas rachaye,
Har subha desh ko koi naya sapna mile,
Un Sapno me desh ko koi apna mile,
Majboor mat hona mere desh ke javano,
Ruko mat bas tm apne desh ko samhalo,
Apne iss tirenge ki shaan ko aur badha lo,
vakt ke har paheloo ko hum badal denge,
Ane wali peedhi ke liya kuch aur naya sochenge,
Desh hit me agar pran bhi jayae,
To mat karna afsos aey veer jawano,
DESH KE LIYE KUCH NAHI KIYA TO ITNA KAR DALO,
AA GYI HAI WO GHADI JAB DESH BADAL JAYEGA,
Aag ka dariyaa bhi jab shant kahlayega,
Jo soch liya hai vo aasan kahlayega,
 sayad yahi humare sapno ka India kahlayega.....

Soch liya jo wo sapna pura ho gya,
Waqt bhi hume kuch naya lamha de gaya,
Mat suno kisi aur ki aey duniya walon,
Ankhe kholo dekho andhera kahi kho gya...........




Rooth juate hai jab log kisi se, To hum unhe anjaan kahte hai,
 Duniya ki in halchalon me wo khud ko mahan kahte hai,
Samay se tum mat kabhi khafaa hona aey doston,
Mumkin hai kabhi kabhi samay ke pahiye bhi hume pahchan lete hai

Nazaron ka kya hai wo to badalte rahte hai,
Koshish aisi karo zindagi badal jaye,
Kar jao kuch aisa duniay me,
Taaki logo ko chand ki gahraii me daag na nazar aye.........




Meri koshis hai ki mai iss duniya badal du,
Puri na sahi kuch to naya kar du,'
Jajbaat humare kah rahe hai aaj,
Khud ke liye na sahi kisi ke liye apni khushi kurbaan kar doo.........

Maine socha nahi tha kabhi par ban gye raaste,
 Mumkin tha mere liye jo vo kar diya tere vaste,
Samhal kar chal raha hu mai apne raaste,
kyunki kabhi to mujhe manjil milegi jo dekhi haio tere vaste,
Mat hona tu kabhi kisi se khafa,
Kyunki tu hi to hai mere jeene ki ek wajah, 
Jab bhi yaad me mai teri jeeta hu,
Pata nahi kyu har lamha ek sach ko sanjota hu,
Maine soch liya umeed ki kiran tab tak jaga kar rakhunga,
Jab tak tu hai mai khud ko bana ke rakhunga,
Bharosha hai mujhe khud par aur tujh par,
Karenge kuch aisa duniya badal jayegi,
Har jagah Logo ko Aey khuda teri yaad ayegi...........,.........

Ansuo ka kya kare kabhi kabhi ye thamte nahi,
Vakt hote hue na jane q hum samhalte nahi,
Umeed hoti hai ki har din khushi ka hoga,
Par na jane q hum khush rahte nahi..................................






Zindagi ka safar bda nirala  hai,
Kabhi khushi to kbhi gum se padta apna pala hai,
Koi to hoga iss duniya me aisa khushnaseeb,
Jisne sada dusron ke liye jine ka sapna khud ko mana hai,...............................

Jamane ne bhi kya gajab dhaya hai,
Jab se tu meri kismat me aya hai,
Tere liye mai sab kuch kurban kar du'
Nafrat ki duniya ko sarafat ka naam du,









Gajab ka tha aj ka ye sama,
Jisne hume khush kar diya,
Nafrat ke saare sawalon ko khatm kar diya,
Aur man ko bda chanchal kar diya,

Kismat ka bhi khel dekho,
Waqt ka bhi ye mel dekho,
Aaj Adhoore sapne bhi sach honge,
Sabke Sapno ke bhi naye par honge,
Mat hona aey musafir tu khafa,
Tujhe bhi ek din milega apni manjil ka pata,
Roshan ho jayega ye jamana,
Jis din tujhe apni majil ka rasta mila,
Afsos mat kar na ho tu pareshan,
Teri zindagi ka bhi hai ek imaan'
Apne waqt par bharosha rakh,
Aur khud ko pahchan,
Kyunki tu hi hAi wo inshan,
jo badaln sakta hai "HINDUSTAN"

Zindagi ka safar bda pyar hota hai,
Isme bdo ka sahra hota hai,
kabhi mat hona tu pareshan,
Kyunki harpal tere sath hai "BHAGWAN" 




Soch aisi ho ki naam kar jaye,
Zindagi aisi ho jo kisi ke naam kar jaye,
Badlega zamana badlegi zindagi,
Kyunki kuch baatein hoti hai unkahi......




A Thought................................

Small Story BIG Thought!!!
One fine day, a bus driver went to the bus garage, started his bus, and drove off along the route. No problems for the first few stops - a few people got on, a few got off, and things went generally well.

At the next stop, however, a big hulk of a guy got on. Six feet eight,built like a wrestler, arms hanging down to the ground. He glared at the driver and said, “Big John doesn't pay!" and sat down at the back.

Did I mention that the driver was five feet three, thin, and basically meek? Well, he was. Naturally, he didn't argue with Big John, but he wasn't happy about it. The next day the same thing happened - Big John got on again, made a show of refusing to pay, and sat down. And the next day, and the next.

This grated on the bus driver, who started losing sleep over the way Big John was taking advantage of him. Finally he could stand it no longer. He signed up for body building courses, karate, judo, and all that good stuff.

By the end of the summer, he had become quite strong; what's more, he felt really good about himself. So on the next Monday, when Big John once again got on the bus and said, " Big John doesn't pay!"

The driver stood up, glared back at the passenger, and screamed, “And why not?"

With a surprised look on his face, Big John replied, " Big John has a bus pass."
Management Lesson: "Be sure there is a problem in the first place before working hard to solve one."
